What are your Terms of Service?

Earring Envy is committed to keeping your personal information completely private and secured.

We do not share/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone or any company. This collected information is used to only identify you, your purchases, communicate to you via email marketing, and, above all, better serve you when visiting our website.

When purchasing from Earring Envy, your financial details are passed through a third-party platform (Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, Apple and Google Pay) which are trusted, industry-standard service. We do not record any of your credit card details under any circumstance.

Shipping, Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Currently, we use USPS & UPS for all domestic shipping and delivery. For international customers, we use UPS and DHL.

What’s your return policy?

All pierced earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. For this reason, we cannot accept the return of any earrings. All sales are final. If you receive an incorrect item or damaged merchandise, please contact us via email at hello@earringenvy.com within 5 days of delivery.

Please include your full name, order number, date of purchase and a photo of the damaged product(s).

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to Canada, the UK and France. If you're outside of the US and you're interested in purchasing Earring Envy, please reach out to us via our Contact Form for international shipping rates.

We are not responsible for additional charges that will arise from customs, duty or taxes. It is the customers responsibility to pay it forward.
